We're entering Week 2 of LuLu's recovery. The Good News is her foot is improving & she has been upgraded from 'bed rest' to 'moderate activity' (moderate? haha). The Bad News is her attitude has downgraded from 'moderately ornery' to 'outright demanding.'
You see, this is what happens when for a week straight the every whim of a three year old is fulfilled with stealth like speed and devotion. This is what happens when an unnamed grandmother (ok, I mean you Nene) invents the BooBoo Fairy who delivers a new Polly Pocket every day. This is what happens when a child demands ice cream for dinner & actually gets it.
So, how do we reverse this?
I'm not being funny here...really, how does one kill off the BooBoo Fairy?...Suggestions anyone?
In other news, despite being saddled with our own little Nellie Olsen we managed to have a great weekend welcoming home Uncle Vinnie from China and spending time with Chipie's family visiting from Puerto Rico..."Ni Hao!"/ "Hola!"

LuLu told be it was the "Boobie Fairy" - coming from Nene - it all makes sense!
How about the BISCOTTI fairy !?
Lots of love and luck - N&P

oh my god....I am wiping away tears. Laughter, sorrow and the memory of Nelly Olsen...and yes I know full well that it is only a matter of time before the Boo Boo Fairy hits my house! :)

In life we all should have one BooBoo Fairy to pamper us now and then..
I am so grateful that the foot boo boo is doing better. Life is never boring at Spiderbyte.
