Look at these adorable Last Day of School cupcakes!....oh wait, you didn't actually think I made these, did you?
Hell no! I spent the last day of school blowing off any work I had left, taking a run, a bike ride, and yes, then a swim....capped off by a little hang time with my work out buddies (because there's nothing quite like showing up at the Last Day Class Party with sangria on your breath).
Thank goodness a neighborhood mom felt like huddling over an oven in the 95 degree heat during her last hours of freedom so my kids would have home-baked surprises on the last day of school.
You see, it's not really about what you do, it really just about surrounding yourself with the right people.
