We're all caught up in Olympic fever here in Spiderbyte HQ.
It's all about dreaming BIG, isn't it?...Rookie athletes dreaming of their Olympic debuts....seasoned athletes dreaming of gold medal comebacks....
Well, Spiderdad has a Big Dream of his own - to get Olympic coverage on our tv without paying for Cable. No matter what it takes....
Numerous failed attempts have only made Spiderdad stronger...although the labor & costs accrued along the way probably would have easily paid for 6 months of cable by now, without even factoring in the emotional trauma of having to spend any amount of time in Radio Shack. But who am I to squash a dream?
This final attempt may be his victory lap. After attaching this beauty to our roof (with our kid's pogo stick as the mast...yes, I'm serious), it seems we get pretty good coverage.
Spiderdad just has to scramble up on the roof occasionally to readjust his rig, like you see him doing in this photo...taken during a rainstorm. Livin' the dream, Spiderdad!
